This weekend I managed to fix a bunch of small issues with Debian12 desktop on my Slimbook ProX.

  • No wireguard toggles? Gnome extension to fix it.
  • No systray icons for Synology drive client? Gnome extension to fix it.
  • Easy way to log into remote hosts over ssh? Gnome extension to fix it.
  • Hard time using emoji input? Gnome extension to fix it.

So what I learned is that there is probably a gnome extension for everything you want different on your gnome desktop.
